Mahi Mahi

Translates from Hawaiian to “very strong”. Also know as, Dolphinfish throughout most of the world. The majority of people are already familiar with this tasty fish. Mahi have amazing colors when first caught.

The lean meat is fairly firm in texture, though not steak-like, and it has large, moist flakes. We will mostly catch dorado (spanish for “golden”) in the summer months.

How to Order

GET IN THE LOOP

Once we are headed in towards the dock an email will be sent to everyone who has signed up for notifications via our website. A post will also usually be made on our Instagram account, @virginiabeachseafood.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

We’ll post our catch and you pick what fish and how much you’d like. All fish is sold in 1lb increments. Easily order online with credit/debit card.

GET IT DELIVERED

Once the order and deliveries are filled, a final confirmation text will be sent out and we will deliver to your address. If you are home, we are happy to ring the door bell and hand deliver your fish.

Not home?

If you won’t be home, we ask that you please put a cooler with ice or frozen water bottles on your porch or some other obvious location in your front yard/front property where we can leave your fish.
