A bay staple. Simple, white, flakey fish that is in abundance up and down the entire East coast. It’s our go to fish for Tacos. Spades are probably the most sustainable inshore fish that we catch during the summer months.

The Atlantic Spadefish is silvery in color with 4 to 6 black vertical bands (stripes) on each side of the body. These bands sometimes fade or become obscure in larger fish.

How to Order

GET IN THE LOOP

Once we are headed in towards the dock an email will be sent to everyone who has signed up for notifications via our website. A post will also usually be made on our Instagram account, @virginiabeachseafood.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

We’ll post our catch and you pick what fish and how much you’d like. All fish is sold in 1lb increments. Easily order online with credit/debit card.

GET IT DELIVERED

Once the order and deliveries are filled, a final confirmation text will be sent out and we will deliver to your address. If you are home, we are happy to ring the door bell and hand deliver your fish.

Not home?

If you won’t be home, we ask that you please put a cooler with ice or frozen water bottles on your porch or some other obvious location in your front yard/front property where we can leave your fish.
